ManCave

MSA Man Cave is an initiative of the Multicultural Student Affairs (MSA) in partnership with student leaders aimed at providing male students of color with a space to foster a stronger sense of belonging and community. This program creates an environment where students can be their authentic selves, expand their comfort zones, and explore topics that challenge toxic masculinity. By attracting more male students to engage with the MSA office, MSA ManCave supports leadership development and enhances financial and career trajectories through socially engaging, supportive, and thought-provoking sessions. The program aims to cultivate "men about change," empowering students to be proactive leaders who drive positive transformation in their communities.

Learning Outcomes

As a result of attending MSA ManCave sessions, participants will:

  • Develop an understanding of healthy masculinity and how to apply it in their personal and professional lives.
  • Enhance leadership skills and strategies to better navigate their educational and career paths.
  • Build a supportive network of peers and mentors to aid in their academic and personal growth.
